Our Process - In Store

BRING YOUR ITEMS

Collect up all the items that you don’t want anymore, pop them in a bag and bring them into one of our conveniently located stores, we are open 7 days weeks.

ASSESSMENT

Our friendly expert staff will assess your items and provide you with a price we can pay on the spot and in cash. We will then need to complete some simple tests to confirm the clarity, you wait while we do these tests or do some shopping and pick up your cash later in the day.

IDENTIFICATION

You will need to bring some identification, the requirements are different for each state you will need the following:

New South Wales - 100 points is required. For example, you can bring your current Driver’s License PLUS your Medicare card.

Western Australia - A current Driver’s License, Passport or Australian Photo ID Card PLUS evidence of your address that is currently in the last 90 days. For example, an electricity bill, water bill, telephone bill etc. (we only need to sight this bill so could be on your phone)

PAYMENT

Once we have completed the tests and verified your identification, we will ask you to sign a transaction form confirming you are happy to sell the items and will pay you the cash on the spot. Easy

We currently have 17 stores located in major shopping centres in WA and NSW. We are a licensed Second and Dealer in WA, SA and NSW and as such, are required to adhere to strict legal and regulatory requirements enforced by the governing body in each state.
